30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Webhookz subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • This is your first subscription with Webhookz
  • You have not previously received a refund from us

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Provide a brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period
  • Your account will revert to the free tier after the subscription expires
  • Your data and endpoints will be retained, subject to free tier limits

Partial Refunds

After the 30-day refund window, we generally do not offer partial refunds. However, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Extended service outages affecting your ability to use the platform
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Other exceptional circumstances

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. After 30 days, if you cancel an annual subscription, you will retain access until the end of your annual billing period, but no prorated refund will be issued.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Account suspension due to abuse or fraudulent activity
  • Previously granted refunds on the same account
  • Requests made after the 30-day refund window (unless exceptional circumstances apply)

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all payment-related inquiries, including refund processing. In some cases, you may need to interact with Paddle directly for payment disputes or chargebacks.
